tomato bloody martini...

for those with tomatoes to spare, i give fusion "cuisine" at its best. here is an excellent recipe.

it has been done and it is not as awful as one might expect. are you thinking about taking this giant leap into fraudom?

as you know I'm scared about the canning thing - john and I are making our first red sauce tomorrow and thinking of freezing this one and them canning the next one - I don't have any of the jars yet so I need to get those befor venturing there.

I made this yesterday - frankly it wasn't that exciting - it needs and INSANE amount for "tomato water" just to make two of them - might do it again but probably nt.

bummer. i made it with my special vodka earlier in the summer and it was quite good.
